TORONTO, ONTARIO - Tsodilo Resources Limited ("Tsodilo") (TSX Venture Exchange: TSD) reports that in terms of the Stock Option Plan of the Company and a policy adopted by the board of directors in September 2002, 85,000 stock options were granted to officers and senior employees on January 2, 2007 at CDN $1.00 per common share. These options are valid for five years and vest in four equal installments on January 2, 2007, July 2, 2007, January 2, 2008 and July 2, 2008.
