TRANS HEX INTERNATIONAL LTD. (CDNX: THI) has been advised by Trans Hex Group Limited, following the announcement of the unfavourable results from the Barra Grande project in Brazil and the re-prioritization of all exploration projects within the Trans Hex group of companies, that all future funding for Trans Hex International and its exploration properties has been suspended with immediate effect.

Trans Hex Group has also advised the Company that it intends to apply to the Canadian courts for a court approved winding up of Trans Hex International. In light of this decision by its principal shareholder, Trans Hex International is considering all possible alternatives and an announcement in this regard shall be made in due course.
