August 02, 2011 Refiling of Interim Consolidated Financial Statements and CEO/CFO Certifications
TORONTO, CANADA - Tsodilo Resources Limited (TSX Venture Exchange: TSD) ("Tsodilo" or the "Company") announces the filing of amended Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending March 31, 2011 and Certification of Refiled Interim Filings (Form-109F2R) for the corresponding reporting period.
On June 28, 2011, the Company filed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending March 31, 2011. A subsequent review of the Interim Consolidated Financial Statements revealed that the equity reconciliation as at March 31, 2010 as required by IFRS 1 First-Time Adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards was not included in the statements filed on June 28, 2011. On June 29, 2011, amended financial statements correcting the omission were filed on SEDAR, posted on the company's website and provided to applicable reporting agencies.
