Grant of Stock Options
TORONTO, CANADA - Tsodilo Resources Limited (TSX Venture Exchange: TSD) ("Tsodilo" or the "Company") reports that in terms of the Stock Option Plan of the Company and a policy adopted by the board of directors in September 2002, 235,000 stock options were granted to officers and senior employees on January 3, 2013, at CDN $1.20 per common share. These options are valid for five years and vest in four equal installments on January 3, 2013, July 3, 2013, January 3, 2014 and July 3, 2014.
