Stuart (Tookie) Angus will join Management's slate as a nominee for election to the Board of Directors at the company's Annual Meeting to be held on September 1, 2004, subject to regulatory approval. In addition to Mr. Angus, management's slate for election to the Company's Board of Directors, is comprised of Dr. Christopher M. H. Jennings, James M. Bruchs and Patrick C. McGinley.

Mr. Angus is presently Managing Director - Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial and is responsible for merger and acquisition mandates. Prior to joining Endeavour Financial, he was a partner at the Canadian law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and headed that firm's Global Mining Group. For over 25 years, Tookie has focused on significant international exploration, development and mining ventures, and all aspects of their structuring and finance.
